At Probatix, we stay up to date with the latest recruitment process successes, and make sure they align with our values, mission and vision.

Our hiring process has 5 stages. If everything goes accordingly and you move swiftly through them, you can expect an offer after 3-4 weeks!
1. After you submit your application, we take a maximum of 3 days to respond. Disclaimer: In every stage, you will always receive a response even if we do not move forward with the process.
2. If your application is approved, the recruiter for the specific position will send you an invite for an online interview, with approximately 20-30 minutes of duration.
3. You will receive an answer regarding the first interview within a maximum of 3 days. If it is a positive one, we will send you a Case Study tailored to the position you applied for. You will have 5 days to send your completed challenge.
4. You can expect a response regarding the Case Study within 2 to 5 days. If the case is successfully completed, you will be called for an interview with the Hiring Manager of the position you applied for, and possibly someone else from that department.
5. After a maximum of 3 days, you will know if you made it to the final round, and the time comes to meet our CEO, Daniel, or COO, Philipp - according to the position you have applied for. This is ideally a face to face interview at our offices in Berlin.
After the final interview, you can expect an answer (and hopefully an offer!) between 2-5 days. Good luck!

There is no problem in updating you application if you find something is missing.
To make sure this information does not get lost, contact the recruiter directly and send them what you would like to add (you have access to their email after the first application, when you receive a confirmation message from them).

Whenever a candidate applies for a specific job, we also check if they fit with any of our other open positions. Even so, you are welcome to apply to several positions, and even re apply to the same ones after sometime, since it might happen - although it is rare - that the job requirements slightly change.

We are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when handling personal data of EU citizens. We have an automatically extended permission to keep information - after 6 months of a candidate applying, we send them an email informing that their personal information will be retained, unless they actively opt-out. When a candidate submits this removal request, their data is deleted after 30 days.

For people who apply, we collect the information candidates provide us in their CV, such as contact details, resume, qualifications, and other documents they provide. The data of the candidates is processed for the purpose of recruitment; to allow them to apply for jobs, and/or to be considered for potential future jobs.
For people who connect, we store the same data, and plus, they automatically subscribe to our career page in order to receive updates about new job openings.
Only key employees such as the CEO, COO, HR and the Hiring Managers for the specific job position have access to data with the clearly defined purpose of troubleshooting, and are subject to confidentiality.

We generally recruit either for full time positions (unlimited, with a 6 months probation period), or for working student positions (yearly, with a 6 month probation period).
Nevertheless, our flexibility also applies in our work contract types. If you would rather work with us part time, join as an intern or even as a freelancer, feel free to communicate about it.

We believe that medical laboratory diagnostics are a crucial building block for the quality of the German healthcare system. That's why we use Probatix to map this process completely digitally, conveniently, and securely for all parties - from booking and sample collection to evaluation in the lab and provision of the result to patients and doctors.
